One Week At the Job

I have spent one week at my new job place. Well everything is going fine, and everyday I am just reading up the manual. Still waiting for my training. My sup. everyday come only after 10am and sometimes dont even come to the office. So my training have been postone day after day.

Before, I went for my previous job as an investment consultant, I have an experience where I was going to pass something to another person and I went to the wrong floor. It seem to me that the experience is telling me that the first time, or the first thing which I meet or take will not be the one for me. Then when I went for the interview at my previous company, I went to the wrong floor again. From there, I have a bit of doubt about my time in that company. Then finally this job comes and it has the same natural as the investment consulant which is sales. So I guess this is the correct job for me :)

No news is Good news?

Hmm... It's already been a few days since Hubby went for the interview... still no news.... Does it mean that no news is Good News? Or does it mean that the job search for Hubby continues...
=S Hope can know the verdict earlier to end this horrifying waiting game.

Or does it simply mean that I am too kan cheong??

Interview at Jalan Pesawat.

Finally after so long, being call up for an interview. I guess this is the job which has been waiting for me, or I should say the job I have been waiting for. It is a regional sales executive, something which I wanted to try out, but not very sure if I can do it well. Anyway, if I really get this job, I will do my best to make it this time. :)

Upset.

Yar... upset at hubby now... not very upset, just not happy and feeling pissed off with him.

I know that when he go meets his potential clients and do presentations, instead of just using the normal file, it will be good to do it with a notebook, so I also bloan him my tablet when he needs to go for these meetings as long as I do not need to bring it with me to class for that particular day.

Last week, when he brought it out and came home with it and just left the tablet on the table, I was feeling abit unhappy, coz that same day, I'm having Stats and that is the 1 class that needs a notebook occasionally. I was hoping to bring it with me to class that day. But when I came home, I saw that hubby just left the notebook on the table without charging for me, this left me with no choice, cannot bring to class, I just left the issue as it was. Just told him, next time, use already remember to charge the battery.

Today =( since I went for class, hubby was working on my notebook. When I came back and switched on my tablet, I saw this on my desktop.

=(

Not that I am particular, but hello... this is my tablet right? If he needs or wants to install or download anything, should he not at least say somthing? I'm ok with the 2 wine folders, coz that's easily deleted and won't take up too much space.

What irks me is that without even informing me, he install some program into my tablet! When I asked, he said that it's the program to view/convert somthing into MP4 or something like that.

I hate it. Coz,
1) it clogs up my desktop.
2) it takes up the space.
3) my tablet when running a few applications is slow and unstable, the program will shut down by itself.

I don't want to load too many things into it coz I really want to delicate it to just plainly for my studies. Without all these new things, I won't be so distracted.

Bottom line, is that since hubby has his own PC as well, granted he cannot be bringing his PC out for the presentations, he still does not need to load extra programs into mine!

I guess, for those of you who are reading it will probably say that I'm just being fussy and particular. He is my hubby lor, need I be so particular with all these?? I know this too, but I still feel upset that he has done it.

Does anyone have a clever explaination to this??

Please enlighten me... Am I being selfish and fussy? I think I am. But can I not be so particular and selfish??? That.... I don't know... Am I willing to try to be less of so... I guess I can, but, the thing is, DO I want to. =(

Change Again

This company called me up for interview about a week ago, at first they say last Friday, then after that they say the manager not around, change to this Wednesday, which is today. Then call me up this morning say the manager last minute need to go KL, change again to this Friday, and it is not even confirm. I think may change to next week. Well the more they change, the higher my chance of getting in. I can almost feel that they are going to employ me. Any way we shall see... :)

Finally back to office.

Haha, finally back to office after almost 1 whole week. Last week I was doing some testing with the vendor at site, so not much chances of staying in office, and I took 1 day off yesterday. This is really a long break, but not a very fulfilling one. I felt more tired during this break. Maybe its because of the uncertainty of my job. Really feel that I must do something so that my furture can be more secure. Hopefully this project would continue for 1 more year. Maybe its because I am too lonely having the break by myself, my wife was away for 3 days, and these three days I was feeling tired and all I do was lyed on the sofa and watch TV. So sian, but I also went swimming, but still there is a emptiness somewhere.

Another weekend gone.

Hai... sad sad lar.. Another weekend gone and this weekend though long but we din rest enough.

And tomorrow onwards, I'm gonna hv graduation for the whole week. Will be tired out lor. The higest point of excitment for this week will be "the wedding of the year" on this Sat. haha..

But this weekend was quite special too lar, we went shopping, did housework (bleh!) went swimming and of course went for mass. I love weekends like this where we did things lesiurely and don't have to rush to go anywhere or do anything in particular.

I'm recently starting to read this book, "His needs, Her needs" on loan to me by my room mate, Ah Teck. It's really an interesting book. Describing in details why men and women are different. Also how to overcome or rather prevent. In fact, I much much prefer this book to John Gray's "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus." This His and Hers gave practical examples and also the points to lead up to the situation. What I like best is the opening chapter, "How to build an affair proof marriage" I think this is v v impt and relevant in our modern days now. Men (in general) succumb to temtation so easily and there are just tempatations everywhere no matter which way you turn.

I just started chapter 6 and well will spend more time on it if I can. Really interesting!

I hope hubby will read the book too and then we can discuss some of the points that was raised. =) Sometimes, being prayerful and just assuring each other is not enough. Getting to know how your spouse function is also a good way to bond the re-ship and to bring it to higher levels.
