Big Boy @ play

A few nights ago, hubby finally had the chance to try out his new toy. So we went downstairs to an empty space to try out his plane.

Hmm... what can I say? U pay peanuts, u get monkey lor. The plane well... can't fly but manage to glide and just after that it's virgin flight, the battery went off and well... grumpy hubby Hubby's face SAYS everything right?

We had to charge it so many times but still it doen't work the way a plane flies lor. I din even manage to get a pic of the plane "up" in the air. =(

Finally with the batteries dead, we went back to our home and then reading the instructions, hubby discovered that the sales had gave us the wrong instructions!! He was quite indigant about it!

And with renewed strength and hopes, he charged the plane again. This time I went to bathe while he go dw stairs to play. Think shd be quite a success coz I did hear the whirling of the propellers and also the landing of the plane hitting concrete though noticably less lor. haha

Think Hubby had quite a good few mins of plane flying. haha..

What can I say? Boys will be Boys and ALL men are have a streak of fun and games. Haha

Wedding bands on the 4th finger.

I came across this in a email this morning.. and it immediately remind me of this verse.

No human being must sepatate, then, what God has joined together. ~Mark 10:9~

How to separate?

1. Put your fingers as shown on the picture.

2. Try to separate your thumbs. Thumb represent parent, they will leave you someday, hence the thumbs can separated.

3. Close your thumbs and try to separate your index fingers. Index fingers represent siblings, they will leave you someday when they have their own family, hence index fingers can separated.

4. Close your index fingers and try to separate your little fingers. Little fingers represent children, they will leave you someday when they have grown up, hence little fingers can separated.

5. Now close your little fingers and try to separate your fourth fingers. You will realize that you cannot separate the, because they represent the marriage of husband and wife.

Then how about middle finger? Well, in palmistry, thumb represent parents, index finger represent siblings, middle finger represent yourself, fourth finger represent spouse and last finger represent children.

Not that I believe palmistry but I'm just thinking that when God created us, mankind, He created us this way and it's almost impossible for us to separate our 4th fingers and it's just like a "mother nature" thingy which cannot be explained. So doesn't it make the vows that the married couples take even more "unbreakable"?

No matter is it palmistry or what, it's also another romantic thought (in addition to the ever famous that, there is a vein that runs from our 4th finger straight to the heart) that by such a simple gesture, it magnifest the vows that we took.
